A Grand Reunion is really a must for an even Grander Organization
(pardon my poetic license) such as ours. I know almost everybody in
the Order has been longing for this huge event to happen but
regrettably due to some circumstances beyond our control, this noble
idea has remained an elusive dream. Pero, I think the right time has
come for us to seriously consider making it happen next year. I
concur with some of the brethren's idea to hold it sometime last week
of Aug. or the first week of Sept. 2008, in time for our alma mater's
foundation festivities para bibo sad kay naa lain activities. At the
same time, aside from meeting our dear bros and "sisses", we could
have the chance to meet other friends outside of the Order. Katong
mga former SSDO (sikit-sikit pero dili oyab) sa ato mga bros and sis,
he he he. For sure this entails a great deal of work, pero I believe
there are a lot of able bros and sis who can pull this off and make
this happen next year kay I think apiki na man this year. If I may
suggest, why don't we designate Area Coordinators (i.e. Luzon,
Visayas, Mindanao & those unpatriotic bros and sis abroad, he he he,
joke lang) From there, maybe we can also create a core group and
different committees (programme, transportation, security, first aid
& medical emergency, solicitation, ways and means, etc.) to do the
planning and stuff. Maayo kaayo si Bro. Criokcsz ug Bro. Ferds ana
kay mga Community Organizers gud na sila, mga Leftist ba for short,
he he he. Naa pa gyud si Bro. Pat sa Iligan nga City Tourism Director
nga leftist sad gihapon(walhon ba unya mahilig pa jud mangaliwa). So,
at least medyo gamay na lang ato i-fill in for the other missing
components. I'm sure daghan jud bros and sis nga mo-volunteer to
share their time, effort & resources for the common good of the Order.

Other highlight could be a recognition ceremonies for those deserving
bros and sis who have excelled in their various field of expertise in
service to humanity and to the community. We can also award
certificates/plaques of recognition/appreciation to our Alma Mater
and our sponsoring Masonic Lodge kay kung wala baya na sila wala pod
unta mo maka-igsoon ug parehas naka ka-pogi, he he he. Bitaw,
seriously, I think we owe them a lot too, so I reckoned it would be
nice to show a little bit of appreciation and gratitude to these
worthy intitutions.

Siyempre, a reunion wouldn't be complete without a sportfest, a
musical, cultural and literary contest, etc. A trivia contest would
be fun too. Dapat naa pod live band kay daghan kaayo ta mga bros and
sis nga rockers kaayo. Unya sa culmination Sir Knights and Ladies
Night basin pwede ta mag select ug Rainbow Sweetheart ug siyempre
DeMolay Boyfriend sad, he he he. Lingaw no. Anyways, daghan pa jud
lain nga mo-come up once mabuo na ang different committees with the
leadership of bro. criokczs and ferdie gaerlan sa Luzon Area, bro.
pat noel ug alan sa Mindanao Area, ug bro. bombie kid miano sa
Visayas Area, ug sis Irene sa Gawas sa Nasod Area.
